Mozambique Amazonite Stretch Bracelet

Natural Amazonite, Mozambique

Eighteen round beads on a stretch cord. The stone is natural amazonite from Mozambique — blue-green feldspar with white grid veining. Not jadeite. Not turquoise. The Chinese name tianhe stone means heavenly river: a color name, not a claim.

Materials & Construction

• Natural amazonite: Potassium feldspar (microcline). Old-mine material in a turquoise-green hue, with white snowflake veining and a grid pattern. Typical of the mineral, not a coating.
• Origin: Mozambique.
• Named as it is: Amazonite, not jadeite, not turquoise. Turquoise-green is the color.
• Beads: Eighteen round beads, hand-strung on elastic. No clasp.

Styling Notes

Wear it alone, or stacked with a thin gold bangle. The blue-green reads as feldspar, not costume plastic.

Care Instructions

• Avoid prolonged water, perfume, and household acids.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• Store away from harder stones that may scratch the surface.
