Who ships, and from where
Your order is sold by ISLEWAVE INC (Watertown, SD, USA), listed in the footer. Pieces are finished at our raw-stone production base in Shenzhen, China, then shipped to you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is free on every order.
- Standard shipping (US): 5–7 business days, free
- International standard: 10–21 business days, free

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and fees in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking
After shipment you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or damaged packages
If the order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email isleserves@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns
Authorized returns go to the Shenzhen production base (Cainiao pickup station), not to Watertown. See the refund policy and contact information.
