Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with islecryst. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. EU customers are subject to a 14-day return window as outlined in the EU section below.
To initiate a return, please contact us at isleserves@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at isleserves@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. This period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at isleserves@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may also initiate a return directly through your account order page.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
A restocking fee of 20% may be applied if the returned item shows signs of use or diminished value beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. This fee will be communicated to you during the return process.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
