Floral Pattern, Cinnabar Body, Tree Lacquer

Eighteen round beads on a stretch cord. Each bead is built on a cinnabar body and finished in natural tree-lacquer sap. The coat carries a floral pattern in blue, green, rust, and gold — not a printed bead. Chinese lacquer you wear on the wrist.

Materials & Construction

• Natural tree-lacquer sap: Pure Chinese raw lacquer — tree sap, layered and cured. Not paint or resin.
• Cinnabar body: The core of each bead is a traditional cinnabar (vermilion) body, then sealed under the lacquer coats. Craft construction, not a carved cinnabar gemstone.
• Floral pattern: Flower and leaf forms in the lacquer surface, outlined in gold. Each bead a little different.
• Beads: Eighteen round beads, about 12mm, hand-strung on elastic. No clasp.
• Weight: 28.7g.

Styling Notes

Wear it alone over a plain sleeve, or stacked with a thin gold bangle. The pattern reads as lacquer, not costume plastic.

• Avoid prolonged water, perfume, and direct sun.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• Natural raw lacquer contains urushiol. Stop wearing if itching or redness appears.
